This notice explains how Kunj Bihari Jewellers uses information on this website. For questions or requests about your information, contact our store using the details below.

Your account and saved designs

We use your mobile number to verify sign-in by SMS OTP and connect you to your saved profile. When you complete your profile, we save your name and city or area. Your full address is optional for a browsing profile and required to enrol in Swarn Labh.

We save your wishlist, up to 20 recently viewed designs and which in-app notifications you have read, so these features can work when you return. The website also records product-view and calculator-use counts.

Enquiries and Swarn Labh

When you prepare an enquiry, the store records its source, time, selected product details and your customer name and ID if signed in; otherwise it is recorded as a guest enquiry. This happens before you send anything on WhatsApp. You review the WhatsApp draft and choose whether to send it.

If you join Swarn Labh, we keep your plan details, recorded installments, payment dates, amounts and modes, gold conversions, redemption or cancellation records, and the related audit history to administer your plan. The website does not collect payment-card details.

Sign-in and browser storage

A secure sign-in cookie keeps a completed account signed in for up to 30 days on that browser. A new sign-in awaiting profile completion lasts up to 15 minutes. Signing out ends the current browser session; clearing website data may also require you to sign in again. Neither action deletes your saved profile, wishlist or plan records.

We use browser storage to remember that you dismissed a daily announcement. Security records include hashed session and verification identifiers and request-limit identifiers derived from your IP address or mobile number. These help prevent repeated verification attempts and misuse. The application does not save the raw SMS OTP.

Services involved

Cloudflare hosts and protects the website and stores its database and media. MSG91 processes your mobile number and verification information to provide SMS OTP sign-in; its verification widget loads when you request an OTP. These providers may process technical information, such as IP address and browser details, in providing their services.

Read the Cloudflare privacy policy and MSG91 privacy policy. WhatsApp, Instagram and Google Maps are external services; their own privacy terms apply when you open them.

Authorised store staff can access customer information needed for their assigned work. Customer OTP sign-in does not provide store-admin access.

Keeping and managing your information

Saved customer, enquiry and plan records do not automatically disappear when you stop visiting. The website currently has no automatic account-deletion schedule. Financial and audit records are maintained separately from browser sign-in sessions.

You can edit your profile details and remove wishlist items from your account. To request access, correction or deletion of other information, or to raise a privacy concern, contact the store. We may need to verify that the information belongs to you. Requests are reviewed by the store; deleting browser data is not a deletion request. The store will explain any records that need to be retained for outstanding plan matters or applicable recordkeeping requirements.
